In our 'mejillonerías' we want to preserve the traditional ways of working of cuisine,
which guarantee authentic tastes. Therefore, we select firmly our raw materials
with which we prepare our dishes, without aritificial colourants,
additives, nor taste enhancers.
Our mussels come from the troughs of the Galician Estuarys, mainly from the Arousa's,
they are gathered daily to offer you an alive and fresh product.
Galician providres that supply us are protected under the quality guaranteeing brand
MEXILLÓN DE GALICIA. Likewise, the wines we serve you are authentic Ribeiros
and Albariños with certificate of origin; being our Albariño
awarded and recognised by renowned guides and contests.
